Your Team
Name your team, tell us if you’re returning, and choose Sunday, Thursday or either.

Captains
Add a captain and co-captain. One tick puts you on the roster.

Roster
5 to 12 players plus up to 3 fill-ins: names, emails and jersey numbers. Each player gets their own waiver link.

Uniforms
Pick your team colour (one team per colour in each division), then order 4TN jersey sets at $55 each or wear your own.

Payment
Pay by card or Interac e-Transfer, or use an approved payment plan code.

Review
Check everything, agree to the terms and submit. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

How do I register?
Captains register the whole team: team details, captains, roster, uniforms and payment. Playing solo? Register as a free agent and we’ll place you on a team before the season.
What does it cost?
Teams are $1,650. Free agents are $275, which includes a 4TN jersey set. Teams can order extra jersey sets at $55 each until October 21, 2026.
How do I pay?
By card (processed securely by Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer to 4tnfoundation@gmail.com. e-Transfers need your registration number and must be sent within 3 days of registering. Payment plans are available by approval only; email or DM us to ask.
Is my spot held when I submit the form?
Your registration is confirmed once payment is received in full, or once the league approves a payment plan. Submitting the form alone doesn’t hold a spot.
Who can play?
Players must be 19 or older on October 25, 2026. Every player, including fill-ins, completes their own waiver before stepping on the court.
How big can our roster be?
5 to 12 players, plus up to 3 fill-ins. Fill-ins can only play when you have fewer than 5 rostered players at game time, and not in the playoffs. You can add players until Week 3.
Do we need matching jerseys?
Jerseys and shorts are mandatory (no pants). Wear your own matching jerseys with visible numbers, or order 4TN jersey sets when you register. Jersey sets are custom-made, so they’re non-refundable once ordered.
How do waivers work?
Once your team pays, every player on your roster gets their own waiver link by email. Captains can see who has signed on their team status page, and reminders go out automatically.
When do we find out our division?
Teams that choose only Sunday or only Thursday get their division in the registration email. Teams that choose either night get their division confirmed by email before the season.
What if a division is full?
Join the waitlist on the registration page. If a spot opens, the league invites waitlisted teams in order, and each invite holds the spot for 48 hours.
What if I’m a free agent and don’t get placed?
If we can’t place you on a team, we’ll refund you in full by October 28, 2026.
Can I get a refund?
Fees are non-refundable once the season starts. Requests before then are reviewed at the league’s discretion; card processing fees and jersey sets are non-refundable. If a night is cancelled because it doesn’t reach the minimum number of teams, everyone affected gets a full refund, fees included. See the Terms & Conditions.
Can I play on two teams?
Yes, one Sunday team and one Thursday team.
